About the Vocational Trainer
Mischa Wälti completed his training as a certified carpenter specializing in construction/windows in his home region, the Emmental, in 2009.
Since then, Mischa has gained extensive professional experience that benefits our trainees today. He has worked in various roles, including as an installer, project manager, CNC machinist in planning, and workshop manager.
Currently, Mischa is a project manager at Strasserthun. He has continued his education, becoming a certified master carpenter, and also serves as an exam expert for partial exams and IPA.
Mischa is not the only one contributing to the development of our trainees: all employees at Strasserthun work together to train our future “young talents.” This ensures that knowledge and skills are passed on to the next generation.
