This art piece was carefully chosen
It shows the first concept design of the Louvre by I.M. Pei as a tribute to the late architect and as a recognition of the esteemed commission by this charitable foundation.
However, it is not only a piece of art but also an example of our unique technology.
With our globally unique laser process called Sublidot®, we can change materials in shape and texture without physical contact, with extreme precision and delicacy – even creating 3D structures in organic materials.
We have also used this technique for the admission ticket with the tactile olive tree. The back of the ticket and the giveaway were laser engraved in the traditional way, showcasing the remarkable haptic difference made possible by laser sublimation compared to the laser engraving.

How we level up sustainability in high interior projects
Stingray leather. Rarely produced, high recognition value. Stingray leather belongs to the fish leathers and has a characteristic surface appearance, which is reminiscent of small glass beads. It is also a popular and unique material in high-end interior design.
