Powder coating

Solvent-free powder coating is widely used in the metal industry due to its many advantages. However, this environmentally-friendly finishing technique can also be applied to wood. Using spray guns, the fine powder is electrostatically charged and applied to the substrate. The coated elements then pass through infrared ovens, where the powder crosslinks and cures.

Excess powder is recycled, resulting in even, edge-to-edge, scratch-resistant, highly durable, and seamless surfaces that are free from odors and other emissions.

Powder-coated surfaces can be produced in virtually any desired design, shape, and color.
