Solvent-free powder coating is widely used in the metal industry due to its numerous advantages. This environmentally friendly finishing is now also possible on wood. Fine color powder is electrostatically charged and sprayed onto the substrate using spray guns. The coated elements then pass through infrared ovens, where the powder bonds and cures.

Excess powder is recycled, resulting in uniform, edge-wrapped, scratch-resistant, highly durable, and seamless surfaces that are free from odors and other emissions. Powder-coated surfaces can be produced in virtually any design, shape, and color.
